DRª DUNJA MILICIC
ORL Surgeon
Patient/surgeon relation
The capability to listen to your patient is essential.
My experience as a medical doctor has show me that it is important to understand specific wishes and respect the individuality of each one and their beliefs.
Kindness and mutual empathy are imperative.
Creating beauty
Art guides us to modify features of a person, providing them with harmony and splendour.
Beauty gives pleasure and joy to one who creates it, to one who has it and to one who admires it.
My work is oriented to achieve perfection, by paying close attention to details.
Balance is accomplished by applying symmetry and proportions in order to achieve a natural unrevealed beauty in each one.
The intention is to make a person exceptional, not only average.
To be special and stand out of mediocrity.
The role of skill and education
For me, a permanent education with constant improvement in technical skills and up to date methods is mandatory, either as learning or teaching at international conferences and courses.
The accumulated experience of decades in the area, allows me to provide the patient with an experience that is based on a successful process matured along the years. A process involving decision making in surgery, the surgical process itself and the expectation of the surgical outcome, more comprehensible and clearer.
